About these terms
These terms govern access to the Tenvio website and any private beta service made available to you. By using the private beta, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Private beta
Tenvio is under active development. Features may be incomplete, changed, limited, suspended, or removed as the service evolves. Access may be invitation-only and may be restricted or ended at any time. Feedback is welcome, but it does not create an obligation to implement a suggestion.
Your account and credentials
You are responsible for the activity under credentials issued to you and for keeping those credentials secure. Do not share API keys or SMTP credentials publicly. Contact Tenvio promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Lawful and responsible use
You are responsible for ensuring that your messages, recipient lists, content, and use of Tenvio comply with applicable law and recipient expectations. You must not use Tenvio for spam, deception, phishing, malware, harassment, unlawful content, purchased lists, or any activity prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
Tenvio is not an open relay. You may not bypass authentication, rate limits, sending controls, or technical restrictions.
Service availability and delivery
The private beta is provided on an “as available” basis. No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Email delivery depends on networks, recipient systems, sender reputation, domain configuration, message content, and other factors outside Tenvio’s control. Acceptance of a message does not guarantee inbox placement or final delivery.
Operational action
Tenvio may investigate, rate-limit, suspend, or block activity when reasonably necessary to protect recipients, maintain infrastructure, prevent abuse, respond to security issues, or comply with legal obligations. Where practical, context may be requested from the user.
Your content
You retain responsibility for content you submit. You grant Tenvio only the limited permission needed to process, transmit, troubleshoot, and secure that content as part of providing the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to send.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tenvio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of—or inability to use—the beta service. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time. Tenvio may end or suspend beta access, particularly for abusive use, security risk, material breach, or operational reasons. Provisions that reasonably need to survive termination, including responsibility for prior use and applicable limitations, will continue to apply.
Changes
These terms may be revised as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Continued use after revised terms take effect indicates acceptance of those revised terms.
