Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted use

Tenvio is intended for lawful transactional email and permission-based messages. You must have a legitimate basis to contact each recipient and must respect applicable laws, consent requirements, recipient preferences, and unsubscribe obligations where relevant.

Prohibited activity

You must not use Tenvio, directly or indirectly, for:

• Unsolicited bulk email, spam, or cold outreach without a valid recipient relationship or permission.
• Purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, or otherwise improperly obtained email lists.
• Credential phishing, impersonation, deceptive identity, sender spoofing, or misleading message content.
• Malware, ransomware, malicious attachments, harmful links, or attempts to compromise systems or accounts.
• Harassment, threats, intimidation, or messages designed to cause harm.
• Illegal content or activity, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Operating or enabling an open relay, sharing submission credentials publicly, or allowing unauthenticated third-party sending.
• Evading rate limits, authentication, domain verification, suppression mechanisms, or abuse-prevention controls.
• Interfering with Tenvio infrastructure, other users, recipient systems, or service monitoring.

Sender identity and domains

You must use sender identities and domains that you are authorized to use. Required domain verification and authentication records must be configured accurately. You may not obscure message origins or misrepresent the person or organization responsible for a message.

Recipient protection

Honor opt-outs and suppression signals where they apply. Keep recipient data accurate and appropriately sourced. Do not continue sending to addresses that have clearly rejected, complained about, or opted out of relevant messages.

Enforcement

Tenvio may investigate reports and unusual activity. To protect recipients and infrastructure, Tenvio may delay, reject, rate-limit, suspend, or block sending; require corrective action; preserve relevant evidence; or end access. Serious or urgent abuse may be acted on without advance notice.

Reporting concerns

If you receive a suspicious or abusive message connected with Tenvio, report it with the original headers. Do not send passwords, API keys, or other secrets.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated as threats, legal requirements, and the Tenvio service evolve. The effective date will identify the current version.
